"bad breath balls" refers to the smelly, yellowish-white balls that form in the back of the mouth. they are typically smaller than a pea and have a color similar to that of sesame seeds. they are also extremely pungent and likely contribute to halitosis though they are generally harmless and create only a minor nuisance. bad breath balls are also coughed up from time to time--often to the surprise of those who are willing to give them a whiff. bad breath balls are more formally referred to as tonsilloliths or tonsil stones.

Bad breath ball

A white ball that comes up from the back of your throat “tonsils” occasionally and it smells like absolute death if you smell it or crush it with your fingers. It is actually plaque built up from your teeth, this happens more so when you are an adolescent.

Person 1: “ oh my gosh Becky I just had the worst smelling white ball come out of my throat I don’t know what it is but it smelt so bad”
Person 2: “ that must have been a bad breath ball definitely”

Ball Breathing

The act of your balls pulsating, “breathing”, after having a great nut.
Arousal causes the scrotum to contract and move in all sorts of ways, someone’s giving the appearance that your balls are breathing in and out.
