A person who attempts to impress others, particularly supieriors or those in a position of authority or importantce.

Similar in means to the slang term "lick ass" or "brown noser"

Dave - "Man I didnt get the job, I think I did bad in the interview!"
Pierce - "Dude you have to be a ball waxer at these things, otherwise you aint getting nowhere"
