Black, indigenous, and people of color. Basically anyone that is not white. Black and indigenous people get a special shout out because they are currently contending for winner of the Oppression Olympics (at least in the "racial group" category). Asians, while technically included, do not get a special shout out because they are too successful (see affirmative action statistics and North Thurston Public Schools in Washington State).
The teacher's union in Halton Region, Ontario has ensured that BIPOC people count for 50% of all votes, regardless of how many people voting are BIPOC.

A term used by some people to refer to people of color.
Despite what some other troll said, this is not a term used to intentionally exclude asian people. It is not supposed to be a catch-all term for every group of people on earth.
