A term to describe someone who does not wear a mask properly, but instead just lowers it to the chin.
This term is called blue chin because the standard mask is blue.
'Wear your mask properly or take it off you blue chin'
Where you are dick slapped over a long period of time, causing your lip to become fat and turn blue the following morning.
Man, i hate when my boyfriend gives me a blue chin lip! I can never go back to work the next day without someone asking if I was mugged.
