Bos mossel is afrikaans slang and refers to the female vigina .
The word devided in to two parts. "Bos" is afrikaans for "bush" and "mossel" afrikaans for mussel thar is a sea creature with a shell.

That lady just just bent over and you could see her bos mossel.
