The wealthier atendees, however, had nice chairs and overhangs, preventing them from getting wet.

A person who primarily hangs out at dirty rivers bottoms, they might appear to be homeless, but they live with their parents or their sex offender uncle. They drink Pabst Blue Ribbon, or Olde English. The highest education level reached was 9th grade. All their tattoos are homemade. A river bottom dweller's only mode of transportation is a bicycle.
