A person with a no-holds-barred attitude and will do anything at anytime just to say they did it.

Bertand and Wim are total bragsters. They'll do anything just for the bragging rights.

alcohol-fuelled bragster

A normally modest person who, after a few drinks, boasts about their real (or imagined) accomplishments and/or possessions.

Alfonse is usually so quiet, but after a few Zimas he turns into an alcohol-fuelled bragster and won't stop talking about his new laser HDTV.
