A Nigerian phrase used to express great surprise or shock that leads to confusion.

“I can’t believe Ayo slapped his father, the thing just burst my brain/head!”

Giving brain and head means that some is having Head and getting knowledge for example a teacher has sex with one student one day they give head next day knowledge.

Guy1: Have you heard of Brian he go brain and head with the oldest teacher
