When you have made plans to get breakfast and/or brunch ( or an early lunch ) with a good friend and/ or family member(s); and they are delayed from legitimate reasons or because they're a huge flake and you are determined to have breakfast foods so you wait for hours until they show up.

I was supposed to have brunch with James and my sister but we actually had brlunch.
