calf slapper

A very long penis that dangles below the knees and slaps the calves when running. May also be used in the plural form to describe low-hanging testicles. See calf slappers

As I ran beside Brad during our workout today, I heard a pitter-patter below his knees. He must have a real calf slapper in those sweatpants!
