An individual proficient in managing high acuity medical situations with an intuitive ability to assess end-tidal CO2 and visual skin turgor. The first level in a three tiered system involving (1) Capnographer (2) Master Capnographer (3) MCI Commandographer.
Upon intubating the patient the lead capnographer determined the patient had a low end tidal due to hyperventilation. Per capnographer "hyperventilation is likely from dehydration as suggested by the poor skin turgor noted on approach".
