The action of lunging your head forward at an annoying individual, while holding your shoulders back. The neck check is meant to make the annoying individual flinch, hence showing the world that he/she is a pansy.
In many cultures, neck checking someone will lead to bloodshed.

For instance, if you have always been an alright guy but find yourself coming down with a NASCAR-watching habit and are voting for evangelical Republicans, it's high time to "check your neck."
