Clueless speak for sporadic facial hair often grown by teenage boys. So named because it looks like pubic hair of the face. Used to refer to the types who can't grow proper beards, and instead get tufts of hair which they try to arrange artistically.

The small patchy drizzle of hair located at the bottom region of a young male's chin. Usually after a week of neglect.
