chinaman shuffle

When passenger (most notably on the TTC in Toronto) turns their knees to the side to let you in or out of your window seat instead of standing up for 3 seconds so that you can enter or exit the seat without obstructions.

I almost tripped getting out of my seat because the guy in aisle seat did the chinaman shuffle
