An ejaculation of liquid fecal matter from the penis. This is done by take liquid diahrrea and injecting it into the penis by using a long syringe and excreting the diahrrea up the penis and hopefully into the ejaculatory duct. The male then causes himself to forcefully ejaculatre after sexual stimulation
