Cloth blocked

When someone wears the same or similar piece of clothing to the same outing you are at, effectively stopping you from wearing it.

I was totally going to wear my red dress shirt tonight, but Dave cloth blocked me.

Cloth-Block, when you massage or rub a woman's vagina, or a man's penis while they are wearing either jeans, or anything other material.
