The act of being defeated over and over again as a civilian dude in a town/city with a military base for female attention by soldiers.

The local G.I.'s had outfoxed Bill so many times that he no longer even checked Bumble within 20 miles of the Navy base as he had no skills or assets that could prevent being cobra'd yet again.
