The exact opposite of the 'warm and fuzzies'; a term to describe contentedness with a situation or position; the opposite of happiness, whether personal or professional.

Joel asked me if our first corporate meeting with our superiors went well and if it gave us the "warm and fuzzies".

I replied "No, it gave me the "cold and scratchies". They ignored us the whole time. They don't care one iota for our input."
