It means the fact of situate a car just parked very closed to other friend's, in the way he/she can't leave it through that side.

It is very funny when you go out for party with enough friends to carry more than one car.

-Coche 1: Vamos, aparca justo al lado, que no pueda salir!!!

-Coche 2: Mierda, nos han hecho cracking in the porting. Cabrones!!

TRANSLATION:

-Car1: Come on! Park next to him. He won't be able to exit
