creatine nipples

A large some diameter completely out of range to the average normal nipple, freakishly Huge and seems to never shrink. 9/10 times overdoses on Creatine way to often. Thinks he's A lot bigger than he really is.

"Ew dude, he has a shrub for a head, and look at the size of his nipples. That dude really has some creatine nipples
