Confusing a common cultural mainstay with another culture altogether.

Paula (walking into a Japanese restaurant): "Hola, amigos!"

Alisha: "Don't mind my friend, she's just culturally confused."

Cultural Confusion

Being one race (European, African-American etc) and raised in another (European being raised in Japan, African American being raised by Euro-Americans)

I am the definition of cultural confusion, I'm a black kid raised in a primarily Euro-American world. I have no idea what's goin' on when I go to the ghetto!

When for instance a foreign college student tries to identify himself with different american cultures!!

I went to the rodeo last night and saw 4 oriental kids eating tacos with baseball caps on sideways.... they might be culturally confused!!!
