An inherited or passed down characteristic trait of being a major cunt. Usually passed from a mother to a daughter but can also be passed from father to son. In very rare cases, may be passed from a mother to a son.

Adrina, "I can't believe how badly Ben fucked you over! What a fucking cuntnick!"

Kristi, "Well, Joni was always such a fucking cunt, I'm not at all surprised that her cuntiness was passed along to her son."
