Old British phrase of yore. A general statement of nonchalant, uncaring and whistful, as if a problem holds no ground to your current stance or position.

"I say, old chap, isn't that the young upstart who gave a good throb to your maiden on yonder fortnight?" "O, said lad is a mere Eunich by mine standards! Cups to the wind, gentlemen, cups to the wind!"
