Someone that's just out there and don't care. Someone that don't have any class.

She don't have any cut cards, just straight up raw and undignified.

Origin: Was originated because people used scissors and paper to physically cut out and tape down evidence back in the day.

We didn't have any answers to that argument so they told me to go cut cards.
