Noun: The moist fuzz and lint from your pocket that accumulates on you phone's screen. This usually only occurs on hot/humid days, because the moisture on the phone screen is usually leg sweat.
Adjective: A very hot day when Damp fuzz could accumulate could be called a damp fuzz day.

Bill: It's really hot today
