Noun: Someone who can claim to be a "good driver" when they are really just a stuck-up pussy who thinks its wrong to go 10 over the limit.

Defensive Drivers Course

A stupid test made by a stupid government for stupid reasons...that is dumb.

The judge ordered me to take Defensive Drivers Course so I wouldn't lose my liscense.
