Dingle Berry Plucker

A dingle berry plucker is a person who has the special skill of playing music with a persons ass hairs. Like a Harp the person will pull the dingle berry hairs till they are tight. Then they will plauck the hairs creating music.

Herbert Finkle was a very skilled dingle berry plucker.
