2. The ability to 'repair' an object usually by breaking it horribly.

Bob: It blew up! but he said he was gonna repair it!?!

acting irresponsibly, being vague or not showing up while not having the faintest idea that you are putting everyone else around you out.

I have a lot riding on this. I hope he doesn't do a Phil / My girlfriend is going to kill me because I forgot her birthday. What a Phil!
