A Phrase used by DIO in JoJo's Bizarre adventure: Stone Ocean. Said to Pucci initially, and means that Some people are Destined to meet.

DIO: Do you Believe in Gravity between Individuals? You ended up tripping over me of all people, but did you know it was for a reason?
Pucci: What are you saying?
