Anyone who is clueless about understanding a doctor's diagnosis and/or hospital/health care terminology.

Being the doctarded person I am, I had no idea what a hysterectomy was until yesterday ...nor did I know how to spel it.

2. A person who thinks that becoming a doctor is the end all, be all of existance.
