'dogging me up' is staring at them in an aggressive and offensive way. Used by inhabitants of Alton in Hampshire, UK

I walked by and they completely 'dogged me up'.

'Are you dogging me up?'

I don't know why she is 'dogging me up'. She's got a face like a cat's arse!
