to do an Emily is to go out on a night drinking and pull a random bloke, take him home/go back to his and sleep with him then kick him out early the next morning/sneak off early the next morning and have no idea of his name or much else about him.

Girl 1: Hey so i hear you got were caught doing an Emily last night?! Haha!!
Girl 2: Yea we were getting in the taxi back to his and I saw your brother, way too drunk...do not remember his name! woops! snuck out early this morning and got a taxi home!

Not sleeping, despite really needing to. It's not required to be named Emily or to have sexual relations with someone named Emily to do an Emily.
