A mythical antibiotic which kills all known germs. Also referred to as Domestos. Intensive Care slang. Obviously derived from the brand slogan of a well-known make of bleach.

Mr Eckerslike didn’t look likely to get better but we put him on iv domesticillin and he made a good recovery.
