A more aggressive way to say “don’t mess up,” and “don’t fuck me over.” It’s usually used as a way to convince someone to take part in something they don’t want to. It often repeated twice when said, just to really drive home that the person should not fuck them on this.
Dereck: I don’t think this is a good idea.
Stephen: Listen man, don’t fuck me on this. Do not fuck me on this.

On April 22 it’s national don’t fucking touch me day.
If someone tries to hug you on April 22 then you can slap them and say it’s national don’t fucking touch me day, and walk away.
