Dribble puddle

The area in front of a men’s room toilet or urinal that men have dribbled urine, and/or loose public hairs onto.

The guilty party is known as a “dribble dropper”

Every time I have to shit in public I have to make sure my belt doesn’t fall into the dribble puddle!
