Expression used to imply a person with low intelligence or feeble minded; can also be used to describe a foolish act. Generally used to provide a negative response to a harebrained question.

Son: Dad may I go to the shore this weekend with Suzy?
Dad: What do you think I just got done driving a bus on the boulevard?
