Can also be used with "the", "dat", or "dem cheeks"

Drop Cheeks

(not to be confused with bell's palsy)

A variation of the twerk that involves clasping both hands together, crouching really low very quickly (while enunciating the arch of the back and buttocks found in the classic twerk), and spreading your legs whilst throwing your clasped hands up and down repeatedly. This is usually done in a cartoonish fashion, with dramatic movement and high enthusiasm.

Used generally as a term to describe failure, but often refers specifically to the failure of premature ejaculation
