Droppin' a lizzo

Another way of saying you're going No. 2, or dropping a "load" in the toilet.

Dude 1: "My girl's droppin' a lizzo (or load) in the bizzo (or bathroom) before we gizzo (or go).
Dude 2: "Fo rizzo (or real)?"
Dude 1: "Fo rizzo!"
