Like a detective, but slightly less stealth and sneaky. Is a detectives slightly less cool cousin

Person 1 -"I'm probably gonna get caught doing my detective work"
Person 2- " oh, so your pretending to be an etective?"

It's like a detective, but not as sneaky or cool. Etectives do the jobs that detectives are to wimpy to do. They usually spend their time solving crimes by creeping on facebook. Etectives are good FINDERS (see "Hufflepuff")
