The pasty white complexion achieved by sitting in front of the computer all day playing a farming simulation or similar games on social networking sites. This is not to be confused with a farmer's tan which is acquired from actually working in the sun.

The doctor was concerned that her pasty-white complexion was related to anemia, but it was later discovered that she simply was addicted to farmville and had a farmville tan.
