Feelings hangover

A feeling of sadness, emptiness, and overwhelming emotions when someone you have deep feelings for leaves after you spend an amount of time with them.

Guy 1“Yea me and (girl) spent a long time together yesterday just talking and cuddling.”
Guy 1“I’ve got the feelings hangover.”

Guy 2 “feels bad man.”
