Fight Stancing is a method of warming up the body for working out. It involves shifting back and forth & left and right at the same time while bobbing in your stance, keeping knees slightly bent, performing the same motions with your arms and head. It is a dance all fighters perform to keep their muscles loose & warm to stay ready for their opponents. It also happens to make a great full body warm-up for any workout. The most passionate fight stancing can be found in fighter video games like Mortal Kombat.
