It's a moment, in life, just like the one before you jump into a cold pool, you say fuck it and dive right in.
When you are out at a bar and you catch eyes with a babe walking passed you.. You want to stop them, but your nervous. Then you remember the fuck it moment and say, hi.
You write a text to someone but start to over analyze it, fuck it- send!
That moment where you think oh I wanna fuck, oh fuck were gonna fuck, fuck we cant fuck and fuck i still wanna fuck all in the same moment.
Oh yea, last night we were hooking up in his car but he forgot jimmys so it was a total fuck moment.

You're car won't start because it's -10F and the snot is frozen in you nose and you can't feel your fingers and you're already running late so you're just like, "Fuck."

A moment where something happens that seems so improbable, so unpredictable, so unfair, that it seems like life is just trying to bitch-slap you across the face, for no real reason.
Man A: "yeah so i was walking home today, and some crazy lady knees me in the balls, and tells me i better pay child support soon! Ive never even met her!"
Man B: "that sounds like a real Shitload of Fuck Moment."

The "Holy Fuck Moment", coined by Craig Sibley, is a phrase used when you suddenly realize how amazing being alive is.
Like stopping on the side of the road just because that mountain was cool, and saying "Holy Fuck". A good chance to talk about positive things in your life and share with others :).
Guy 1: man, I had the coolest Holy Fuck Moment the other day
Guy 2: Oh, awesome! what was it?
Guy 1: I was on my way to work this morning and the fog came down on the mountains and looked super cool. I really appreciated it.
Guy 2: That's awesome dude!
When someone says something completely out of the blue, and it ruins the vibe of the group or groups.
