full drop

A scrotum hanging as far down as it will go, usually in a warm environment, like after a shower. The opposite of shrinkage.

Used in a sentence: "That dude has serious low hanging balls; I saw him coming out of the shower at the gym, and they are half way to his knees at full drop."
