Gastritis - Any of a group of conditions in which the stomach lining is inflamed ( in pain ).

Causes include infection, injury, regular use of pain pills called NSAIDs, & too much alcohol leave us not forget

Eating fried or processed foods late at night as you get older

As well as heredity !

For most people, gastritis is minor and will go away quickly after treatment. However, some forms of gastritis can produce ulcers or increase the risk of cancer.
