A huge sequence of spammed GIFs typically intended to flood chats and irritate other users. Found on social media platforms such as Discord.

This bastard in the discord server made a gif soup yesterday. The whole chat was just gifs and gifs and gifs I couldn't scroll up to find a past message, it was all gifs
