popular japanese anime where the main character (Weed) searches for his father as his mother's last wish in the paradise of Ohu that was being taken over first by a genetically morphed dog and then a dog that ate his owner after months of being left with his brother and friends.

Ginga Densetsu Weed never had any english dubs probably because of too much violence.
