Sitting around doing nothing, being lazy, moping around, or being a slug. Also a word used secretly to describe fat or large women amongst your friends. (because no fat girl is going to know what the hell a glupe is)

"Quit Gluping, you have been sitting on the couch all day watching TV."

"Don't be a Glupe today George, you have an important day ahead of you."

"Woah, did you just see that glupe? She was massive and had rolls under her armpits. Gross."
