goose 'n run

When you give a goose and take off runnin', sometimes using a bicycle.

"A dark skinned male, possibly Hispanic, approached a female victim on property adjacent to the southwest portion of campus. The suspect rode a small bicycle along 20th Street, groped and lifted the skirt of the victim as she walked. The suspect was seen riding away on his bicycle."
