When calling someone a hoe, then immediately wanting to take back what you've said so you make it into another word because you realizie the other person would be pissed being called a hoe.

Dude: Females stay on my jock.

Girl: Haha yeah right, you gotta be kidding me.

Dude: Shutup!! Hoe-reba....?

Girl: What'd you call me???
